Philip Hamburger

In 2016 Dr. Philip Hamburger, Maurice and Hilda Friedman Professor of Law, Columbia University in New York, was awarded the Manhattan Institute's Hayek Book Prize. In receipt of this award he was invited to honor the work of Friedrich Hayek by giving the 2016 Hayek Lecture at the institute.
