The Objectives

• Research
  
  Support research that contributes to the understanding and alleviation of the severe market distortion created by government vis-à-vis the English language industry in Hong Kong.
  
  
• Support
  
  Advise, counsel, and support those governmental bureaus, departments, and agencies actively engaged in the alleviation of the distortion.
  
  
• Inform
  
  Educate the general public about the distortion .
  
  
• Monitor
  
  Insure within the rule of the law that the Government of the Special Administrative Region of Hong Kong actively engages in policy reform and execution that alleviates, if not eliminates, the distortion.
  
  
• Muster
  
  Encourage parents, clergy, teachers, senior citizens, students, immigrants, and anyone else affected by the distortion to engage actively in the support of political and other initiatives to alleviate, if not eliminate, the distortion.
  
  
• Communicate
  
  Provide a forum in which concerned parties can express their grievances, aspirations, and support for HKLNA-Project activities.
