Note: Although other tertiary programs of a non-public nature surely exist in Hong Kong, no data were provided in this regard by the Census and Statistics Department. Surely those programs funded by the University Grants Committee make up the vast bulk of all Hong Kong tertiary programs and probably cover nearly all, if not all, tertiary programs funded by the Hong Kong government.
