EARTH's

Translator, Proofreader, and Rewriter Credits
A rewarding work experience!

EARTH requires that its name and the names of its contracted translators be placed on all proofread documents. In this regard proofreaders are not considered translators. By placing its name and that of the translator on all proofread documents EARTH

What appears on the author-client's completed document are the words

translated by EARTH

or

translated by EARTH in cooperation with ...

or

translated by EARTH and ...

or

this document is an EARTH rewrite

Exceptions
Author-clients wishing to circumvent this rule are encouraged to use the pro-active author-client operating mode, but should seek agreement with the translator before work begins. Once again, however, documents that are intended for publication are not exempt from this rule, and all documents intended for publication must be proofread.

Services provided by EARTH on behalf of other agents are not subject to this rule, as EARTH neither enters into direct contract with the author-client, nor is it responsible for the end product.
